The Surgery, 55-57 Rayens Cross Road, Long Ashton, Bristol, BS41 9DY
Long Ashton Surgery is located at the far end of Long Ashton Village (away from Bristol end) at the junction of Rayens Cross Road and Keedwell Hill.
Keedwell Hill is the first right turning past the supermarket on the main Long Ashton road (driving away from Bristol)
The Surgery ( A large blue building) will be found a few yards up on the left hand side of Keedwell Hill.
There is ample free parking.
Please report to reception on arrival.
If you think you may be late for your appointment please ring 01275 392 281 on the day and we may be able to accommodate you.
If you wish to cancel or rearrange this appointment then please ring 07970 386 379 and leave a message to that effect. This is a 24-hour answer service. You will be contacted by your Human Resources department to arrange another date and time.
